For several years now Partners in Care have been facilitating a network for newly appointed managers or those who are aspiring to move into this role in the near future. This group supports managers in the earliest stage of their journey into management, and ensures they have a good foundation to build upon at this exciting, but often daunting, time in their career. Our group meetings are structured around the Managers Induction Standards which we work through to enable shared learning and identification of future topics to focus on.
We are joined throughout the year by our Skills for Care Locality Manager, and a variety of guest speakers.
